Healthcare Facility Manager

We are seeking a Healthcare Facility Manager for a unique opportunity to support an Indian Health Services owned Hospital in Red Lake, MN. The role will be instrumental in reviewing and updating all facility engineering and maintenance policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and updating all facility engineering and maintenance policies, programs, and practices; Review all hospital policies involving engineering and maintenance; Plan and direct the work of the facilities and quarters maintenance department; Provide general oversight, guidance, and leadership to maintenance staff; Prepare new Request for Purchase packets for new contracts; Develop Statements of Work, perform market research, provide input to COR; Review existing planned maintenance work orders; Verify CMMS equipment inventory; Provide on-site oversight of construction projects; Develop and implement training programs for maintenance staff

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university; 5 years in the role of hospital facility manager

Nice to have

American Society of Healthcare Engineers Certified Hospital Facility Manager certification
