Responsibilities

Completing Maintenance & Repairs – small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects; Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about scope of work and costs; Create Life-Long Customers – deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers by following the Mr. Handyman Way

Requirements

Live within the area; Have 8+ years’ experience; Own your own tools; Be insurable for driving our vehicle; Complete a background and driving record check; Able to lift 50 pounds independently; Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time; Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle; Self-manage when working alone; Provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments; Ability to resolve issues while maintaining value to the customer; Document job status and create detailed estimates; Wear proper PPE; Strong skill sets in a variety of remodeling and construction fields including rough and finish carpentry, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, siding trim replacement and repair, door and window installation, painting, drywall work, lite plumbing and electrical, floor installation, tile and grout, deck building, and fence repair

Experience with Commercial repair and maintenance projects
