Holroyd Howe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team at New Hall School - CM3 3HS.

About the Role: As a Hospitality Assistant - term time only - you will collaborate closely with the Hospitality Supervisor and Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of hospitality and events from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards in hospitality and events.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate and deliver brilliant operations for all meetings and events – think of yourself as the conductor of a fantastic show!; Work your magic by liaising with the kitchen and school events team to ensure food and service provision hits those Holroyd Howe standards every single time.; Keep a keen eye on food and beverage control, whilst ensuring our in-house accounting policies are followed to the letter.

Requirements

A team player with a valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills .; Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts , on a 5 out of 7 day schedule, including a few evenings.; £13.45 per hour; A passion for food and beverage (or genuine willingness to learn!); Experience working events and hospitality (or genuine willingness to learn!); You're the person others want to follow – professional, reliable, and genuinely great to work with; You chat brilliantly with people and genuinely enjoy making them smile; You're proactive, roll up your sleeves, and get things done without being asked; A true team player who lifts others up and celebrates wins together; You present yourself and ideas with confidence and genuine flair
