Responsibilities

To provide an exceptional housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort across all guest areas; To ensure the lounges, showers, toilets and cabana areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort at all times; To clean all surfaces, furnishings and fittings using the appropriate equipment, cleaning products and safe working practices; To take pride in every detail, ensuring all guest areas consistently reflect Aer Lingus’s commitment to excellence; To maintain sufficient supplies of cleaning materials and consumables within your working area, ensuring they are stored safely and securely at all times; To use, maintain and safely store cleaning equipment, reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly; To take ownership of your areas, creating welcoming environments that support an exceptional hospitality experience; To work efficiently and effectively, maintaining standards that leave a positive and lasting impression on guests; To provide a friendly, professional and hygienic service at all times; To comply with all instructions relating to the safe use and storage of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment; To ensure all areas under your control are maintained in accordance with company standards, Health & Safety requirements and COSHH regulations.

Requirements

Completion of mandatory pre-employment checks (5 years of verifiable employment history, Irish Garda Vetting check, overseas Police Clearance Certificate if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months); Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Friendly and approachable demeaner, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest experience.
