Responsibilities

Full-time, part-time or evening turndown hours available; Are you passionate about creating beautiful spaces and delivering exceptional service? Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, proudly awarded Two Michelin Keys, offers an exceptional standard of hospitality in the heart of the Lake District.; 🧹 Your Role as Housekeeper:; Cleans and prepares guest rooms consistently to a five-star standard.; Maintains pristine public areas.; Manages laundry, linen and stock items with care.; Reports maintenance issues promptly.; Collaborates with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service and guest experience.

Requirements

✨ What You Bring:; A passion for cleanliness and presentation.; A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.; Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.; Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star setting is a bonus, but full training is provided.
