Housekeeping Supervisor

NYX Hotels, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello. The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the strategic initiatives of the Housekeeping department, supervises day to day operations, and works with the Head Housekeeper to inspire and motivate the team so that guests have memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Housekeeping department; Supervise day to day operations; Work with the Head Housekeeper to inspire and motivate the team; Create and distribute room lists to the team; Ensure the department's productivity is aligned with targets; Inspire the team to exceed guests' expectations; Create memorable moments for guests in line with company and hotel service standards; Act as an ambassador for the hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate

Requirements

Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the Leonardo standard in the hotel; Train new team members; Bring your warm personality and collaborate with other departments within the hotel; Keep an eye on the details: inspect rooms and maintain stock levels
