Responsibilities

Assist on installs: rough-ins, trims, and system start-ups.; Manage tools and prep job sites for smooth projects.; Learn essentials: drilling, wiring, venting fireplaces, installing garage heaters.; Keep sites clean, safe, and ready for inspection.; Support duct + dryer vent cleaning.; Work side-by-side with mentors who want to see you succeed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.; 6+ months in HVAC, construction, or service field.; Basic hand tool knowledge.; Valid MT driver’s license, clean record.; Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work.

Nice to have

Mechanical-based degree or technical program.; OSHA 10/30 or EPA certification.; Experience with ServiceTitan.
