Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful execution of customer orders from initial acquisition through to final delivery. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project flow, fostering strong internal and external communication, and driving adherence to critical timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and possess a keen eye for detail and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer orders from acquisition through successful delivery; Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules; Monitor project progress and proactively implement solutions; Define, track, and report on key project milestones; Act as primary interface between cross-functional teams; Facilitate regular CFT meetings; Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies; Escalate critical issues to stakeholders; Lead project kick-off meetings with internal teams and external customers; Review design workload and resource availability; Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and customer contractual obligations; Maintain project documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical with 3 - 6 years of relevant experience

Hand on Experience of Project Management Tools; MS Office tools; Good command on English Language; Presentation & Communication Skill
