We're building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel for nurses and caretakers across America looking to advance their careers. You'll be the person who makes that happen, both behind the scenes and on camera. You will run a lean production that creates 7 short-form videos and 1 long-form video every week. To start, you’ll have an editor and thumbnail designer reporting to you, but as the channel scales, so will your team and resources.

Responsibilities

Run a lean production that creates 7 short-form videos and 1 long-form video every week; Be on camera 3-4 hours per week; Host both daily shorts and weekly long-form videos; Set the content strategy; Manage the production from concept to delivery; Watch what's working alongside Head of Social

Requirements

Magnetic on camera; Curious and learn fast; Great writer; Care about the audience

Nice to have

Produced video content before; Grown a YouTube channel; Worked in financial services, media, or healthcare
