IN_RBAI_Senior Engineer - Engineering Change Management Co Ordinator_IN

1) ECR review and approval; 2) Maintain ECR tracker; 3) Technical confirmation for changes; 4) Initiate service request for EWAK; 5) Participate in daily Team board meeting; 6) Update daily trial status to CFT; 7) Check BOM for during date change request to avoid conflict with next ECR's; 8) Ensure technical readiness and trial execution in lines; 9) ECR weekly meeting with CFT; 10) Production planning meeting; 11) Preparation of weekly trial plan for department; 12) Monthly KPI preparation; 13) Monthly capacity reservation for trial execution; 14) Ensure timely approval of ECR's from Plant side; 15) Coordinate with PDM, CLP, QMM for ECR approvals on time; 16) Ensure ECRs are tracked on time and reviewed; 17) Ensure on time Master Data creation for 10 digit & 13 digit; 18) On time implementation of HW & SW changes along

Requirements

Electronics Engineer or Mechanical Engineer; 1-3 years of experience; SAP knowledge; Change management knowledge; Engineering Change Management; EWAK execution and documentation; Open to new approaches; Takes action based on comprehensive understanding; Aware of how own work will change based on scenario changes; Accepts responsibility for accomplishments and failures; Acknowledges own conscious biases and displays openness to confront others from a positive position
