Responsibilities

Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner; Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS); Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk),; GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets); Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation; Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation; Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap

Requirements

Pneumatic testing equipments; Pneumatic circuits; Data analysis; Air pressure and leakage concepts; Test specification interpretation; Change management (CR); Continuous Improvement; Evaluate leakages from assembly to component level; Capability study (Cg/Cgk),GRR; Any BE/BTech; 5+ years experience in testing
