Industrial Pipefitter

Our client is seeking experienced industrial pipefitters in the MD, Southern PA, Northern VA, Eastern WV, and DE region. They offer a 4-10's schedule (Mon - Thu or Tues - Fri) starting at 6:30 AM. Candidates are required to have their own transportation and be willing to work off-shift and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain various piping systems, including steam, condensate, and water distribution systems; Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications for pipefitting projects; Measure and cut pipes to required lengths and specifications; Install and maintain various pipe fittings, including valves, traps, and flanges; Ensure all piping systems are installed safely and efficiently, following industry standard safety procedures

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial pipefitting; Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications; Familiarity with various piping materials, including copper, plastic, and steel; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card verification and provide own hand tools; Must have own transportation and be willing to work off-shift and extended hours as needed
