Infrastructure Solution Architect, South Korea

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. The role drives the adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions, guiding businesses in integrating GenAI solutions. The candidate will travel approximately 30 to 60% of their time and spend time at the client's office.

Responsibilities

Execute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives; Contribute to identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for the customer; Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process; Create a strategic vision for the customer on the project; Guide and support customers in deploying models and products into their infrastructure; Work closely with customers to deploy relevant solutions according to their specific requirements; Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements; Develop custom features for customers as needed; Responsible for onboarding customers on products, providing guidance on deployment and integration; Ensure the best production setup from the low-level GPU stack, up to infrastructure, back-end and front-end interfaces; Define and track success metrics of the POC being rolled out at customers; Operate as a program leader, leveraging internal Mistral teams (Applied Engineers) as well as customer-side teams to make sure projects move forward; Partner closely with product and science teams to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions tailored to client needs; Guide companies in integrating GenAI solutions and drive the scaling of GenAI technologies from concept to production

Requirements

Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.); Experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Solution Architect; Experienced with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments; Fluent in Python; Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), as well as CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools; Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure; Has been involved in a customer facing role; Strong project & stakeholder management skills; Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science; Ability to connect technology and business value; Result driven and resilient
