Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

IVX Health is seeking an RN to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Registered Nurse at IVX Health, you'll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care; deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; conduct patient assessments; document observations; monitor treatment responses; educate and support patients; guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management; ensure compliance and quality; maintain accurate records in EHR; review nursing documentation; uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; assist with chart preparation and treatment planning; collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; work at multiple facilities within designated market; perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS certification; strong IV and infusion therapy skills; experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; proficiency in clinical documentation; experience with EHR systems; strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; exceptional communication and collaboration; must be flexible to support market needs

Nice to have

PALS certification preferred; background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus
