Hours of work are

- Monday to Friday 8.5 hours

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out on the road, getting stuck in, and ensuring operations run smoothly for our customers.

As a Installation Specialist, you’ll be the final touchpoint in our customers’ journeys - delivering and installing appliances in their homes, from fridges and washing machines to ovens and dryers.

Behind the scenes, you’ll be the one coordinating a smooth delivery and setup, making sure their new appliances are ready to use. This role blends hands-on work with great customer service, and you’ll be key to delivering a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

Delivering and installing appliances safely, efficiently, and with a smile.; Showing customers how their new products work.; Removing old appliances and packaging (when requested).; Keeping your work vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to roll.; Supporting with warehouse tasks and in-store teams when needed.; Following health and safety best practices - yours and everyone else’s.

Requirements

Full NZ driver's license.; Confidence with physical work and manual handling.; A clear, professional communication style.; Strong time management and attention to detail.; A positive can-do attitude.; Previous delivery or installation experience is a plus, but not essential.
