Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of insurance fraud litigation matters from inception to resolution; Conduct and defend depositions; Argue motions and appear in court regularly; Strategically develop cases through detailed investigations and discovery; Collaborate with clients, SIU teams, and colleagues to build airtight defenses

Requirements

Litigation experience in insurance defense; Strong courtroom presence and confidence in litigation strategy; Investigative mindset and sharp analytical skills; Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance environment
