Intacct Application Consultant

Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market and top workplaces in 2025. We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a two year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 350. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.

Responsibilities

Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients; Apply both Sage Intacct expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs; Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines; Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation; Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software; Demonstrated accounting/financial skill

Nice to have

Prior construction experience preferred in either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent); Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred
