Integration lead — Aravo and Supplier Platforms

Full-time On-site work

Publication date: 02/11/2026

Valid until: 15/12/2026

JLL is seeking an Integration Lead for Aravo, its supplier management platform, which is live globally and supports its Workplace Management business. The role connects Aravo to PeopleSoft, Trustpair, Ingenious, Omnea, Yardi, Avetta and ISN, and completes phase two of the Aravo-to-Corrigo integration for certificates of insurance. The leader sees how these pieces fit together, leads the design of each integration, brings together engineers, vendors and business teams, and ensures releases are accurate, supported and ready for audit. The role works with JLL engineers and vendor teams rather than managing them, and is an integration leadership role, not a software development position. The role partners with Sourcing and Procurement, Finance and Accounts Payable. This position is on-site in Chicago, IL and does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to turn needs into clear integration requirements and designs; Choose the right approach for each connection (API, file transfer or middleware) and explain the tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences; Keep the big picture in view: which systems connect, how data moves between them, who owns each side and how changes affect the others; Maintain a current integration inventory and data flow diagrams; Set and uphold standards for authentication, error handling, data validation and reconciliation; Review designs and technical specifications from engineers and vendors; Own the data mapping specifications, API endpoint configurations and file format definitions; Run the plan for multiple integrations at different stages and sequence dependencies; Align JLL engineers, vendor teams and business owners on who builds what and by when; Manage vendor relationships with Aravo, Trustpair, Omnea, Avetta, ISN and others, including roadmaps, support issues and release schedules; Get hands-on when it speeds things up, such as testing endpoints in Postman, reading error logs or adjusting platform settings; Own the test strategy and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders; Agree reconciliation checks and accuracy thresholds with business owners; Guide each release through JLL's change management process, including CAB approvals, release windows, rollback plans and stakeholder notifications; Lead hypercare after go-live and ensure runbooks and support documentation are in place; Monitor integration health through logs, error reports and dashboards; Own Trustpair on behalf of JLL Technology; Act as operational owner, managing change requests from Finance and Procurement, user access and the business relationship; Coordinate System and Organization Controls (SOC) audit responses; Spot patterns across the integration landscape and recommend improvements; Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to speed up documentation, data mapping analysis and troubleshooting

Requirements

Seven or more years in enterprise SaaS integration, including at least three leading design and delivery across multiple teams or vendors without direct authority; Strong working knowledge of how integrations are built, including APIs (REST and SOAP, OAuth, API keys, request and response formats, error handling), file-based transfers (CSV, XML and JSON over SFTP or AWS S3, scheduled jobs), and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica or similar); Experience with procurement, finance, ERP or accounts payable systems such as Aravo, PeopleSoft, Yardi, Coupa, SAP or Workday; Skill at turning business requirements into field mappings, validation rules and reconciliation logic; A track record of running UAT with business stakeholders, including test plans, results and defect resolution; Experience working within formal change management, including CAB approvals, deployment windows and release documentation; The ability to align engineers, vendors and business leaders who have competing priorities, and to explain a complex integration landscape clearly to executives; Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, curl) and with JSON, XML, CSV and Excel; Strong skills in Excel, Visio, Teams and PowerPoint; Experience with SOC audit processes, including documentation, access controls and control validation; Close attention to detail; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
