Interim Finance / Accounting – Private Markets | Berlin | Immediate Start

I’m supporting a leading Private Markets investment platform in Berlin with an immediate requirement for a hands-on finance professional to join on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).

This is a junior-to-mid-level role focused on the day-to-day finance operations of the platform, working closely with the wider Finance team.

Responsibilities

Financial operations, including AP/AR and reconciliations; Payment processing and invoice production; Supporting external auditors and resolving audit queries; Maintaining accurate accounting and financial records; Supporting controlling, budgeting and forecasting where required

Requirements

Strong accounting / finance operations experience; Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment; Available to start immediately; Able to work 4 days per week in the Berlin office

Nice to have

Private Markets, Financial Services or investment management exposure beneficial; German language skills preferred, but not essential
