Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead (Restaurants) and Head of Account Management, ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, a high degree of comfort with learning proprietary software systems and a very keen eye for details.

Responsibilities

Support content updates for key brands; Manage onboarding, offboarding, and menu setups of Restaurant merchants on the platform; Conduct thorough, insightful and skilfully presented deep-dives into specific business topics and trends; Work closely with teams in the Account Management department to understand business challenges and recommend solutions across the various projects; Monitor project KPIs, building and managing project dashboards to help evolve and define project vision and growing projects within budget and within scope; Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis; Work with foodpanda’s Account Management team to evaluate partner operational compliance; Utilize data to streamline partner classifications for relevance; Participate in the execution of high-impact commercial activities

Requirements

Quick learning abilities; A high degree of comfort with learning proprietary software systems; A very keen eye for details; A keen sense for customer behaviour, and how content quality affects purchasing decisions; Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Python, Looker); Exhibits the competencies: Drive for results, action-oriented, problem solving & analytical thinking; Job ownership is an important part of our company culture, thus structure and discipline are optimal traits in the ideal hire

Nice to have

Some experience with eCommerce operations is preferred; Experience with presentation software (Powerpoint, Prezi etc.) and Excel would be a plus
