Intern - Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our Customer Operations Team is looking for a talented intern in business, marketing, finance or similar field studies to join our team in our Sofia office. The successful candidate will be spending a full academic year with us and will work directly with account managers and a multinational team of Customer Service Operators worldwide. Position can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

Learn customer service and business communication processes by assisting the team with requests related to order placement, fulfillment, and forecasting, and by observing customer e-mail interactions.; Develop partnership internally with sales, planning and operation teams with proactive collaboration and communication.; Upon CSR request - monitoring and communicating changes in customer demand to avoid supply shortages or excess inventory.; Observe the escalation management process and discussions to develop an understanding of how resolutions are achieved.; Global understanding of customer demands, processes, and supply chain needs.; Support the team with ongoing projects, e.g. system integration.; Support in an administrative/reporting function internally and externally.

Requirements

Studies in business, marketing or similar fields.; Good team player with the ability to work in teams with a proactive approach.; Ability to adapt to change in dynamic environment.; Strong analytic skills and detailed oriented.; Intermediate command of English both spoken and written; Fundamental MS Excel skills along with other MS Office products.; Added advantages - familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce or Power BI.
