Internal Sales

We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries .

Our Richmond branch is one of our flagship locations, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join us.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them find the right products, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Ideally you will come from an electrical background, however if you don't we'll teach you the products . What matters most is:

Responsibilities

Assist customers (in person, phone, and email) with product enquiries and orders; Build and maintain strong customer relationships; Work collaboratively with your team to meet branch sales targets; Learn our product range and develop your industry knowledge over time
