Motion Fluid Power Solutions is a trusted leader in providing hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings, hydraulic hardware solutions, and pneumatic products. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and support branch operations to keep our customers running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person; Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately; Support external sales team with detailed quotes and account coordination; Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions; Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment

Requirements

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team; Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach; Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
