Internet Sales (BDC) Agent

Position: Internet Sales BDC Agent

Location: Berman Kia, Lincolnwood, IL

Pay: $45,000++ (Base Salary + Commission position)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Sundays and a set weekday off

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and email; Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments; Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments; Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns; Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system; Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals; Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience; Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements

Previous BDC experience, required; Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
