We're looking for a highly motivated Logistics & Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics, contribute to daily operations, and support key projects that impact our efficiency.

Internship Project Focus

- Tariff Code Update Project: Contribute to an important data accuracy project by updating the HS Codes of new SKUs into our Tariff code file.

Responsibilities

Inbound Data Management: Gain hands-on experience by accurately keying in inbound shipping data into our Inbound Tracking System.; Sample Collection Coordination: Learn operational coordination by issuing Collection Advice for sample items from SIRIM.; Customs Documentation: Assist in the meticulous filing of Customs CS documents.; Global Business Support: Provide essential support by furnishing Customs CS and Invoice copies to our Global Business (GB) team upon request, learning about internal stakeholder communication.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics or related fields.; Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking); Good communication and coordination skills.; Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.; Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude.
