Responsibilities

Support the Operations team with daily administrative and operational tasks; Maintain accurate client, transaction, and operational records in the CRM system; Assist with processing customer orders and verifying the accuracy of the submitted information; Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure that requests and issues are resolved promptly; Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure that all required information is collected; Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to support smooth operations; Assist in preparing regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and service issues; Help classify customer profiles, including B2B, B2C, and C2C customers; Support payment follow-ups and maintain accurate payment records; Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, systems, and operational procedures; Identify operational challenges and suggest opportunities for process improvement; Complete assigned tasks and meet the agreed internship objectives and performance expectations; Follow company policies, procedures, and data-confidentiality requirements

Requirements

Senior-year university student or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field; Strong interest in marketing, branding, customer engagement, and campaign development; Good written and verbal communication skills; Basic understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and market research; Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels is preferred; Basic knowledge of marketing and analytics tools is an advantage but not required; Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas and solutions; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and new challenges

Nice to have

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels; Basic knowledge of marketing and analytics tools
