Responsibilities

Fulfilling tasks set out by team lead & department manager.; Assist engineers in equipment performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities.; Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and system health checks.; Collect and analyze equipment data (e.g., uptime, yield, alarms) for continuous improvement projects.; Support improvement activities related to equipment reliability, availability, and quality performance.; Assist in documenting procedures, work instructions, and equipment recovery guides.; Contribute to automation, digitalization, or data visualization projects (e.g., using Excel, Python, or Power BI).; Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, quality, and manufacturing engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree final year student major in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.; Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.; Strong interest in hands-on technical work and problem-solving.; Familiarity with basic engineering tools, troubleshooting techniques, or measurement instruments.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.; Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.; Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component.; Able to operate Windows OS, MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.

Nice to have

Familiarity in computer system & computer network.; Able to work independently without supervision.; Have a good interpersonal skill.
