IP Litigation Paralegal

A mid-sized law firm with a global reach is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to a team of attorneys in all phases of complex intellectual property litigation; Conduct legal research, including online and library research; Prepare and organize legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and exhibits; Assist with document review and production; Manage deadlines and calendars; Coordinate with clients and outside vendors; Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization; May involve limited travel for trials (generally 1-2 times per year)

Requirements

5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation; Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite
