We are looking to speak with California-licensed mid-level Intellectual Property Transactions associate attorneys to join our client’s preeminent Intellectual Property and Technology, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence groups. This is a rewarding Palo Alto-based opportunity to work with an acclaimed, and high-performing IP and technology Transactions team that is committed to delivering excellent results and attorney development. This is an excellent opportunity to work across the full gamut of required expertise, including the ownership, protection and exploitation of intellectual property, including IP monetization strategies, development and license agreements, co-development agreements, pharmaceutical collaboration agreements, patent and other technology license agreements, trademark and copyright license agreements, and patent and other intellectual property asset sales and acquisitions.
