IT Project Manager

A Microsoft Gold Partner is seeking an IT Project Manager to work out of their easily accessible office near Watford. The Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their projects and operations teams to help with organising and planning changes and upgrades to the customer sites. With a state of the art setup, they have ensured that you feel at home working in their comfortable offices.

Responsibilities

Plan out projects such as migrations, upgrades, configurations; Organise site visits for projects; Order and organise the delivery of required equipment; Build relationships with both internal and external teams; Liaise with end-users, partners, and suppliers; Organise and plan changes and upgrades to customer sites

Requirements

Experience with Organisation of Projects; At least 1+ years experience working in the IT sector, ideally with an MSP; Previous customer facing experience; Experience working organising and scheduling site visits; Have knowledge of Microsoft Products; Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical

Nice to have

Experience with an MSP (Managed Service Provider); Junior Project Manager background; Project Coordinator background
