IT Staffing Account Manager

Responsibilities

Help maintain the existing book of clients in Virginia or Washington, D.C.; Set meetings and visit CIOs, Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Purchasing Agents, etc; Contact and meet with prospective customers to understand their needs, and hiring cycles, and establish a customer-oriented relationship; Negotiate the terms of agreements; Communicate with the recruiting and sourcing team and the clients to serve the client’s needs in the best possible way; Maintain the client database in Salesforce CRM daily.

Requirements

IT staffing experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (3+ years); Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Personal transportation with a valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree.
