IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide on-site end-user support and help maintain the smooth operation of IT services. The role combines troubleshooting, hardware and device management, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective support within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support for end users, helping to resolve incidents, support workplace technology, and maintain a positive user experience.; Provide L1-L2 end-user support.; Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.; Manage hardware and end-user devices.; Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.; Deliver support through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements

Experience providing end-user IT support.; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.; Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.; Strong communication and customer service skills.
