IT Support Vice President

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT user support operations for the office; Serve as technical escalation point for the on-site MSP team; Drive continuous improvement in user experience, ticket resolution, and communication with business stakeholders; Liaise and collaborate with the global IT team on desktop modernization, Intune rollout, and other projects; Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; 10-15 years of IT experience; Experience supervising/leading a large team; Experience working in financial services; Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft environments; Experience with LAN/WiFi, printer setups, and VPN troubleshooting

Nice to have

Intune/MDM experience strongly preferred; PowerShell or scripting skills a plus
