IVA / Conversational AI Lead

Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of an IVA / Conversational AI Lead for an initial 12 month fully remote contract. The IVA / Conversational AI Lead will be supporting an enterprise migration from Genesys Engage to Five9, with the primary responsibility of leading the design, integration and delivery of Google GECX (Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience) onto the Five9 platform. The Conversational AI Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of IVA and Conversational AI capabilities, lead onshore / offshore Dev teams, lead the technical integration of Google GECX into the Five9 environment, establish testing strategies for IVA and Contact Center Integrations and act as the primary technical point of contact to the customer.

Responsibilities

Supporting an enterprise migration from Genesys Engage to Five9; Leading the design, integration and delivery of Google GECX (Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience) onto the Five9 platform; End-to-end design and implementation of IVA and Conversational AI capabilities; Leading onshore / offshore Dev teams; Leading the technical integration of Google GECX into the Five9 environment; Establishing testing strategies for IVA and Contact Center Integrations; Acting as the primary technical point of contact to the customer

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with the design, implementation and integration of Conversational AI, IVA / IVR and Contact Center platforms; Experience integrating Conversational AI platforms into Contact Center platforms, specifically Google GECX; Experience with API Integrations, webhooks, REST Services, event-driven integrations, etc.; Experience supporting enterprise Contact Center Migrations, preferably Genesys to Five9 migrations; Experience leading onshore / offshore teams and interacting with customer leadership; Experience leading enterprise Conversational AI and / or IVA implementations from architecture through production.
