Junior AV Engineer

Job Title: Junior AV Engineer. Location: London (with travel to client sites). Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + £4k Allowance & Van if required. Responsibilities

Support senior engineers with installation and servicing of residential AV systems; Assist in preventative maintenance visits and complete accurate reports; Work on upgrades and small projects under supervision; Shadow experienced engineers to build skills across audio, video, lighting, and control systems; Learn to diagnose and resolve faults with AV, network, and control systems; Maintain tidy, safe working practices in high-end residential environments

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Audio Visual systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar); Understanding of cabling, connectors, and technical drawings; Good problem-solving and fault-finding ability; Strong customer service and communication skills; Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain certifications; Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel
