The Role: Working within the Treasury team, the Junior Cash Analyst will be responsible for managing a number of bank accounts and ensuring cash transactions are accurately processed and reconciled.

Responsibilities

Electronically downloading bank statements for a large number of companies; Running a programme to match store takings to cash deposited on the bank statements; Following up internally and with the cash centres on any missing cash or discrepancies; Raising supplier and other payments via various methods; Posting other cash received, charges and any other entries on the statements to the accounting system; Reconciling bank statements on a daily and monthly basis; Various other cash and bank related matters

Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be advantageous.; Highly adaptable with good interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally; Attention to detail is essential; Fluent in English both verbally and written; Ability to work well under pressure and with an enthusiastic approach; Good excel including sumifs, vlookups, and pivot tables and confident in learning new systems
