Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/ Master degree in Industrial Management, Electronics, Quality, Mechanics, Logistics and Management,; Attitude: Curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mindset.; Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in portuguese and english; Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.; Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.; Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity - rotation demands adaptability
