Kidstrong Coach/ Mentor/ Teacher

Responsibilities

Coaching children on brain, physical, and character development from evolving monthly curriculum; Speaking to parents/guardians regarding 'the why' behind the KidStrong curriculum; Setting schedules for the coaching staff; Assessing and evaluating the center's coaches' performances and execution

Requirements

Passion for working with children is non-negotiable; Athletic or coaching background; Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding 'the why' behind the KidStrong curriculum; Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics; CPR certified; Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills; Self-starter who just gets a job done; Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on the KidStrong curriculum

Nice to have

Previous experience in management is preferred but not required; Experience coaching kids ages 15 months to 11 years old is preferred; Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required
