KidStrong Coach

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. The KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum. Classes run weekdays 9am-11am and evenings until 7 pm; weekends start at 8AM and run through lunch time.

Responsibilities

Coaching children on brain, physical and character development based on evolving monthly curriculum; Speaking to parents/guardians regarding the 'why' behind KidStrong curriculum; Coaching and mentoring children to make an impact on their lives; Teaching parents how to make their children smarter, stronger and more confident

Requirements

Passion for working with children; Athletic or coaching background; Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding the 'why' behind KidStrong curriculum; Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics; Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills; Self-starter; CPR certified

Nice to have

Experience coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old; Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age; Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum; Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT
