KidStrong General Manager

KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to create a positive, energetic, and successful environment for coaches and members; Oversee sales, operations, and customer experience to drive growth and retention; Work closely with the Assistant GM and Lead Coach to ensure smooth center operations; Engage with the community and grow class sizes through scheduling and marketing strategies; Lead from the front by coaching 3-5 classes per week as needed; Recruit, hire, and train new coaches while ensuring program excellence; Maintain a clean, organized facility with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality

Requirements

1-3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operations; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire staff and members; Must be available to work weekends (schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day); CPR Certification; First Aid Certification; EpiPen Certification; Ability to be active and energetic throughout the day; Comfortable demonstrating physical activities and coaching kids; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed; Motivated, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping kids grow; Embrace the flexibility and commitment required to build something great

Nice to have

Background in children's programming, fitness, education, or athletics is a plus
