Labor & Employment Attorney

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an Of Counsel attorney with extensive experience in Labor & Employment litigation to join its team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense litigation and a proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

Work on complex labor & employment cases; Handle wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling; Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients

Requirements

Licensed attorney with a California bar license; Significant experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling; Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance; Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills; Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Strong background in civil defense litigation; Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients; 7+ years experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling
