Requirements

Mid to senior-level real estate and land use associates; Experience with complex land use issues, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development contracts, and land development codes; Experience Level: Mid Level (2-5 years), Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years); PQE: 4-6 years, 7+ years
