Landscape Architecture Practice Area Leader

Responsibilities

Provide strategy, business development, and technical direction to the group; Focus on the importance of landscape architecture, urban design and sustainability; Help employees with personal and professional growth; Grow the practice of landscape architecture in the Milwaukee office and the other regional offices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in landscape architecture; Minimum of 8 years of applicable design experience; Previous project management experience required; Professional licensure required; Experience with business development activities such as marketing, proposals and client development; Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members; Experience in leading and mentoring staff for career development and advancement; Excellence in written communication, quantitative analysis, graphic design, urban design, presenting, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit, and / or GIS software desired.
