Responsibilities

Own project execution from onboarding through delivery; Remove blockers, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned so work never loses momentum; Surface recurring issues, prioritise pain points, turn operational insights into product improvements; Work across hiring, onboarding, project delivery, contributor support, payments, and product operations

Requirements
