Lead Hospital Tech (7AM-3PM) - 6243

Daniels Health is searching for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Lead Field Service Representative. This position is responsible for the inspection and servicing of all products within their assigned hospital or medical center. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory and delivering the first line of customer service on behalf of Daniels. The Representative will team up daily with drivers, operations personnel, sales teams, and corporate support staff to service their assigned hospital location. Through this essential service, you help create a safer healthcare environment for both patients and hospital staff!

Responsibilities

Inspection and servicing of all products within assigned hospital or medical center; maintaining inventory and delivering first line of customer service; daily travels to hospitals in the Ann Arbor area; checking in with EVS staff and using time tracking software; checking and servicing containers according to Daily Service Schedule; exchanging containers, loading transporters, and transporting full containers to storage area; communicating with field service supervisor and hospital stakeholders; providing management support for field service representatives; providing clinical staff training for standard and premium accounts; responding to servicing emergencies state-wide; performing waste audits as needed; leading or assisting with customer installs; lifting containers weighing up to 40 lbs; pushing/pulling wheeled transporters and/or palletized product up to approximately 300 lbs

Customer service oriented; can-do attitude; committed to efficient, timely scheduling; previous experience in a labor-intensive job; willingness to be COVID vaccinated; ability to lift containers weighing up to 40 lbs; ability to push/pull wheeled transporters and/or palletized product up to approximately 300 lbs
