60% time spent on Development, 40% on code reviews and managing other developers; Planning and Coordinating CRQs, Deployments; Working with downstream teams to plan and execute integration; Set best practices for the team to follow; Provide technical and architectural guidance.

Requirements

Lead experience; Ability to lead and mentor junior developers; Java; React; Typescript; Spring Boot; Kotlin; CICD Pipelines; Performance Testing - tools like JMeter, PerfX; NoSQL - MongoDB; Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
