Publication date: 08/08/2026

Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions enable organizations to innovate, operate, and grow anywhere — without constraints. Ericsson NetCloud, Cradlepoint routers, and Enterprise 5G solutions provide the flexibility of public and private 5G, with the zero trust security of simplified SASE. We’re at the forefront of the Wireless WAN and 5G — the next big waves in networking — and we remain as hungry and humble as the day we started. If you’re hungry to be part of something big, come join us. Ericsson is looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to help drive the commercial strategy, product packaging, and end-to-end customer experience for our public and private cloud networking solutions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customer success — responsible not just for defining what we build, but for how we price, package, deliver, and sell it.

Responsibilities

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on commercial strategy, packaging, pricing, or platform/SaaS products; Strong communication, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas, cast vision, reduce complexity, and unambiguously communicate goals, strategy, development priorities, and key outcomes; Ability to be proactive and take the lead in identifying needs, recommending ideas, defining requirements, prototyping concepts, securing buy-in, and driving alignment; Must be people smart, sensitive to relational nuances, perceptive of organizational and cultural dynamics, and socially engaging; Deep understanding of cloud subscription business models, including SaaS licensing, entitlement management, and usage-based pricing; Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end customer journeys, not just feature delivery, but how customers discover, purchase, onboard, and renew; Strong analytical skills, comfortable with pricing modeling, funnel analysis, and usage data; Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence without authority across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations

Nice to have

Experience managing the intersection of on-premises and cloud products in an enterprise or networking/infrastructure context is a strong plus; Experience in networking, wireless, or enterprise infrastructure is a plus; Familiarity with SFDC, D365, or other CRM or ERP commerce platforms is a bonus
