Lead Product Manager - Trips

WeTravel Trips give organizers the tools to create proposals, detailed itineraries and a high-conversion booking experience, while giving them time back to grow and operate their business. We're now looking for a Lead PM to take this domain through its next phase of growth, and make WeTravel the best software for travel businesses to build, present and sell their trips.

Responsibilities

Own Trips domain end to end: the trip page organizers sell with, the content and AI engine that crafts it, and the content specialists who build the library; Deeply study travel organizers' needs and prioritize them; Come up with solutions or hypotheses to test; Drive all necessary functions to build and launch solutions; Drive adoption and ultimately grow revenue and profit; Manage the content team; Have direct and continuous access to C-level executives to ideate and create products

Requirements

Deep product management experience owning real outcomes, not just execution; 10+ years in product management is ideal (lead level), 7+ years is minimum (senior level); Travel industry knowledge; Comfortable being accountable for product-led commercial outcomes, not just features shipped; Strong cross-functional stakeholder leadership across sales / account management, engineering, design; Growth and experimentation mindset, with the judgment to decide without perfect data; willing to ship, learn, and iterate; Data self-sufficient - you can pull your own numbers, find where a funnel leaks, and size the opportunity before asking for engineering time

Nice to have

Owned a builder, editor or CMS-like product where the artifact your users create is what earns them money; Shipped AI features that people kept using and can tell the difference between a good demo and real adoption; Treated content as product, not as someone else's job, and worked with or led a content operation; Experience with public APIs, webhooks, or platform work; Experience managing people, even a small team or a dotted line
