Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a curious, technology savvy Learning and Development professional with strong hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-enabled ways of working. This is a key requirement for the role. The successful candidate will be confident exploring and applying AI tools and emerging technologies to create innovative training programmes, improve learning experiences, and make learning and business processes more efficient. They will bring a genuine curiosity about how technology and AI can transform L&D and will be comfortable experimenting with new approaches and translating them into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and lead comprehensive compliance training strategy; Proactively collaborate with Legal, Contract Management, Information Security and other functions to identify competence and compliance gaps; Design, develop, and implement engaging, tech-enabled, and scalable learning solutions; Develop and execute company-wide AI upskilling strategy; Design, create and deliver targeted AI training programs; Research, pilot, and integrate AI into learning solutions; Partner with leaders to identify AI-related skill gaps; Champion a culture of curiosity and experimentation with AI; Establish and manage robust system for tracking, reporting, and auditing training completion; Act as go-to expert for compliance and AI-related learning; Define and own process for evaluating and improving training programs
