Legal Counsel – Real Estate

A growing, institutionally-backed real estate platform is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team. Working closely with the General Counsel, you’ll support a diverse range of matters across a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets, including asset management, lettings, tenancy issues, development projects and wider commercial legal work. Responsibilities

Working closely with the General Counsel; Support a diverse range of matters across a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets; Asset management; Lettings; Tenancy issues; Development projects; Wider commercial legal work

Requirements

6–10 years’ PQE; Strong real estate/property law background; Experience advising on operational assets, asset management, lettings and tenancy matters; Commercial, pragmatic approach and willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues
